Dr. Schmid founded our family practice nearly 30 years ago and continues energetically to meet the medical needs of patients, many of whom have called him doctor their whole lives. He has served in three military theaters: Viet Nam, Afghanistan, and most recently, Iraq. He remains active in the Army Reserves. Dr. Schmid has three grown children and enjoys traveling with his wife, Barb.
